521 Kings is a residential design project developed through a series of updated exterior and interior renderings. The design presents a contemporary coastal home with a composed street presence, layered rear elevations, and generous indoor-outdoor connections.

The interiors focus on warm materiality, open living spaces, and carefully framed moments of circulation and retreat. Rendered views include the main living areas, kitchen and wine storage, stair, study, primary suite, bath, and closet spaces, giving the project a residential narrative from exterior approach to private interior rooms.
